自然教育与生态社会韧性团队，前身是 2002 年成立的动植物关系研究组。原研究组长期围绕榕属植物生态与进化、传粉与种子散布、气候变化生态适应性、植物–昆虫互作、化学信号介导物种间互作及环境教育方向开展研究。2026年7月，研究组重组升级为自然教育与生态社会韧性团队。团队依托西双版纳生物与文化双多样性优势，聚焦生态韧性、社会韧性与公民科学、生态培训与传播三大方向，构建社会–生态系统整合研究范式。
Nature Education and Eco-Social Resilience Team (NEER) evolved in July 2026 from the Ecology and Evolution of Plant Animal Interaction (EEPAI) research group founded in 2002. The predecessor group has long carried out research covering fig ecology and evolution, pollination and seed dispersal, ecological adaptation to climate change, plant-insect interactions, chemically mediated species interactions, alongside environmental education.
团队重点打造长效科研实践平台 ——“勐仑生活实验室”，致力于建设能够长期可持续运行的热带生态研究基地。依托鸟塘经济、经济作物推广、社区生物多样性记录大赛等雨林社区实践场景，探索热带雨林生物多样性保护与可持续发展新模式，凝练可复制、可推广的社区融合保护 “勐仑方案”，为植物园转型发展与区域生态文明建设提供科学支撑与实践范式。
Leveraging Xishuangbanna’s dual advantages of biodiversity and cultural diversity, NEER focuses on ecological resilience, social resilience, citizen science, ecological training and science communication, and develops an integrated research paradigm for social-ecological systems. The team is constructing the long-term research platform “Menglun Living Lab”, with the goal of building a tropical ecological research base capable of sustained operation over a century. Drawing upon local community practices including bird-pond ecological economy, cash crop promotion and community biodiversity recording competitions, the team explores innovative pathways for rainforest biodiversity conservation and sustainable development, and develops the replicable “Menglun Model” for community-based conservation. It delivers scientific support for botanical garden transformation and ecological civilization development, and provides postgraduate students with a high-quality training environment characterized by interdisciplinary integration, extensive field practice and stable research infrastructure.
团队为研究生提供多学科交叉、野外实践充足、科研平台稳定的优质培养环境。依托高级生态学与保护生物学野外培训班、环境教育与实践高级培训、科学教师培训、罗梭江论坛等系列平台，全方位培育区域生态保护人才，夯实科研能力、拓展学术视野。
Supported by a series of academic and training platforms, including Advanced Field Ecology and Conservation Training (AFEC-X), advanced environmental education programs, science teacher training and the Luoshujiang Forum, the team comprehensively cultivates the research capacity and academic vision of regional conservation professionals.
目前团队拥有研究员 2 名，副研究员 / 高级工程师 4 名，高级实验师1名，助理研究员 1 人，工程师 5 名，研究助理1名，在站博士后 1 名，在读博士研究生 2 名，硕士研究生 10名。
At present, the team comprises 2 professors, 5 associate professors/senior engineers, 5 engineers, 1 assistant research fellow, 1 research assistant, 1 postdoctoral researcher, 2 PhD candidates and 10 master students.
