研究方向:

主要基于基因组学、转录组学和代谢组学,运用分子生物学和生物化学等手段解析资源植物关键基因功能演化和适应性机制以及代谢产物的合成通路和调控机制;解析橡胶树等热带资源植物在不同体胚发育阶段发育调控基因与次生代谢物的动态变化,建立高效橡胶树遗传转化体系。
