研究方向:
从事植物系统发育基因组学与进化相关研究,研究内容包括:1)复杂植物类群的系统发育基因组学研究:围绕亚洲热带、亚热带生物多样性热点地区,以姜科、竹亚科植物为代表类群,采用系统发育新方法重建该区域重要生态和经济植物类群“生命之树”,解析其物种多样性形成和环境适应机制;2)植物关键性状演化研究:开展植物关键性状的起源和演化机制研究,揭示植物重大进化事件的基因组学基础。学习经历
