关于做好2026年春节假期研究生安全管理工作的通知

各研究生培养单元(实验室/中心)、各位导师及全体研究生:

根据中国科学院大学通知要求及版纳植物园相关工作部署,为确保春节期间研究生安全有序,现将相关事项通知如下:

一、放假时间安排

1.版纳植物园统一放假时间:2026年2月15日至2月23日,共9天。

2.调休安排:2月14日(星期六)、2月28日(星期六)正常工作学习。

3.集中教学研究生:按国科大及联培高校统一安排执行。

二、假期管理要求

(一)去向登记与信息台账

1.全体研究生(含联培和国际学生)须于2026年1月30日前,如实填写《2026年春节假期研究生去向信息登记表》(在线表单)。

2.各研究组及导师应每日掌握本组学生动态,确保假期联络畅通。

(二)严格请销假制度

1.休假时间超出统一安排的学生,须事先提交经导师及研究组/部门负责人审批签字的《请假申请单》(见附件),报研究生处备案后方可离园。

2.纸质假条交至研究生处,同时电子版统一发送至yanjiusheng@xtbg.ac.cn。

3.未经批准不得擅自离园或变更行程。

(三)按时返园报到

1.假期结束后,学生应于规定时间内返园,向导师报到并完成销假。

2.因故不能按时返园的,须事先向导师和研究生处说明情况并办理续假。

3.研究生处将组织返岗抽查,逾期未归且未履行请假手续者,按国科大及园相关规定处理。

三、留园学生管理

1.备案要求:春节期间留园学生信息将从《2026年春节假期研究生去向信息登记表》中筛选汇总,请相关学生务必如实填报,经导师确认后由研究生处统一备案管理。

2.导师职责:导师是留园学生教育管理的第一责任人。留园期间,导师需确保学生安全及实验安全。

3.谈心关怀:各研究组应在节前对留园学生开展一次谈心谈话,了解学生思想动态和实际困难,及时回应诉求。

4.关爱活动:研究生处将组织留园学生慰问活动(具体安排另行通知)。

四、安全责任与防范

(一)离园前安全自查

1.妥善安排实验进程,做好数据备份。

2.检查宿舍、实验室的水、电、气,关闭非必要电源,锁好门窗。

3.贵重物品妥善保管,注意防火防盗。

(二)假期安全提示

1.交通安全:不乘坐非法运营车辆,恶劣天气减少出行。

2.人身安全:不前往未开发区域,不参与高风险活动

3.财物安全:增强防诈骗意识,谨防电信诈骗、网络诈骗。

4.网络文明:自觉遵守法律法规和网络规范,不传播不实信息。

5.宿舍安全:离校前整理好宿舍,关闭电源水源,注意防火。

Notice: Graduate Student Safety and Management Requirements for the 2026 Spring Festival Holiday

To: All Research Units (Laboratories/Centers), Supervisors, and Graduate Students:

In accordance with the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) Student Affairs Guidelines and XTBG’s operational plans for 2026, the following requirements are issued to ensure the safety and well-being of all graduate students during the Spring Festival period.

I. Holiday Schedule

  1. Holiday Period: February 15 to February 23, 2026 (9 days).
  2. Adjusted Working Days: Normal operations will resume on February 14 (Saturday) and February 28 (Saturday).
  3. Coursework Students: Please adhere to the specific schedules provided by UCAS or your respective joint-training institutions.

II. Holiday Management Protocols

1. Travel Registration All graduate students (including joint-training and international students) must submit their holiday itinerary via the Online Student Whereabouts Registration Form  no later than January 30, 2026. Supervisors are expected to monitor their students' whereabouts and maintain reliable contact.

2. Leave Approval Process Any student planning to leave the campus outside the official holiday dates must obtain prior approval. A physical Leave Request Form (attached) must be signed by both the supervisor and the head of the research group, then submitted to the Graduate Office. A digital copy should be emailed to yanjiusheng@xtbg.ac.cn. Unauthorized departures are strictly prohibited.

3. Returning to Campus Students must return to XTBG by the designated date and check in with their supervisors. If a delay is unavoidable, an extension must be requested in advance. The Graduate Office will conduct attendance spot checks; unexcused absences will be handled in accordance with UCAS and XTBG disciplinary regulations.

III. Management of Students Remaining on Campus

  • Official Record: The list of students staying on campus will be generated from the travel registration form. Students must provide accurate information for departmental filing.
  • Supervisory Oversight: Supervisors bear primary responsibility for the safety of students on campus, including laboratory safety and personal welfare.
  • Student Support: Research groups should meet with students before the holiday to address any concerns or practical difficulties. The XTBG will also host Holiday activities (details to follow).

IV. Safety and Security Measures

1. Pre-departure Checklist

  • Lab & Dorm Safety: Ensure all data is backed up. Shut down non-essential power, water, and gas. Lock all doors and windows securely.
  • Asset Protection: Store valuables safely and take necessary fire and theft prevention measures.

2. General Safety Guidelines

  • Travel: Avoid unlicensed transportation and use caution during inclement weather.
  • Activities: Avoid entering unmanaged/wild areas or engaging in high-risk activities.
  • Fraud Prevention: Remain vigilant against telecommunications and online scams.
  • Cyber Conduct: Adhere to legal and ethical standards online; do not create or circulate misinformation.
