各研究组、各位导师、全体研究生：
2025年国庆节、中秋节双节将至，为确保全体研究生（含联合培养学生）度过一个平安、祥和、文明的假期，根据中国科学院大学等相关文件精神，结合我园实际，现就假期安全教育与管理工作有关事项通知如下：
一、放假时间安排
根据《关于2025年部分节假日安排的通知》(西热植园办发字〔2024〕4号），10月1日至10月8日放假调休，共计8天。9月28日（星期日）、10月11日（星期六）正常工作学习。
二、研究生个人安全须知与台账登记要求
1.完成线上报备登记：为落实安全台账制度，所有计划在假期离园外出的研究生，无论时间长短，均须完成线上报备登记（注：在规定假期之外应另外办理请销假手续）。请于9月30日17:00前在线填写《2025年假期离园学生信息登记表》（登记链接：https://docs.qq.com/form/page/DSVZCTWtmZWtLR1d2）。未及时按要求填报者，将被视为违反假期管理规定。
2.强化个人安全防范：出行期间，务必将“安全第一”刻在心中。注意交通、饮食、财产安全，远离未开发区域及危险活动。
3.遵守园区生活规定：留园学生须严守宿舍安全规定，不使用违章电器，人走断电。严禁在楼内停放电动车或充电。
4.遵守科研工作纪律：假期如需开展实验或野外工作，必须提前征得导师批准，并严格遵守安全操作规程。
5.保持通讯畅通：确保个人手机等通讯方式畅通，以便在紧急情况下能够及时取得联系。
三、 导师及研究组管理工作要求
1.履行安全教育首要责任：各研究组/部门负责人与导师需确保将本通知的全部内容传达到每一位名下学生，并对其进行一次假前安全口头提醒。
2.严格执行审批监督责任：导师在批准学生假期的同时，务必督促并确认其已完成线上扫码登记，共同把好安全管理的第一道关。对于涉及实验室、野外作业的申请，必须以“安全条件是否完备”作为批准的首要前提。
3.保持关心与有效联系：假期期间，导师应与名下学生保持必要联系，了解学生去向与状态，做好关心关爱。
四、应急联系与报告
全体师生在假期期间如遇突发或紧急情况，请务必在第一时间联系研究生处。

Notice on Graduate Student Safety and Administrative Arrangements During the October 2025 Holiday Period
To: All Research Groups, Supervisors, and Graduate Students (including international students and joint-enrollment students)
Please be advised that the Chinese government has designated an official holiday period from October 1 to October 8, 2025, during which many institutions and services may operate on a reduced schedule. To ensure the safety and smooth coordination of all graduate students—regardless of nationality—and in accordance with guidelines from the UCAS and XTBG, the following administrative and safety measures are hereby communicated:
I. Official Holiday and Work Schedule
- Holiday Period: October 1 – October 8, 2025 (8 days)
- Compensatory Work Days: Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, September 28 (normal work/study resumes)
II. Requirements for Students Remaining or Traveling During the Holiday
1.Mandatory Travel Registration
All graduate students planning to leave XTBG during this period—whether for one day or the full duration—must complete the online departure registration form by 17:00 on September 30.

Failure to register may affect emergency contact protocols and is considered non-compliance with institutional safety policies.
2.Personal Safety Precautions
Exercise caution regarding transportation, food hygiene, and personal belongings. Avoid remote or undeveloped areas and high-risk activities.
3.On-Campus Safety Rules
Students staying on campus must:
a. Refrain from using unapproved electrical appliances
b. Turn off power when leaving rooms
c. Not park or charge electric scooters/bikes inside dormitory buildings
4.Research Activities During the Holiday
Any lab work or field research must receive prior written approval from your supervisor and comply strictly with safety protocols.
5.Maintain Communication
Keep your mobile phone and emergency contact information active and updated.
III. Responsibilities of Supervisors and Research Groups
- Ensure all students under your supervision are informed of this notice.
- Verify that students have completed registration before approving any holiday-related plans.
- For research-related activities, confirm that all safety conditions are met before granting approval.
- Maintain periodic contact with your students during the holiday period for well-being and coordination.
