各位研究生:
“五一”劳动节假期将至，根据版纳植物园安排，放假时间为5月1日至5月5日，5月6日起正常开展科研学习活动。为确保大家度过一个安全假期，现将放假期间的安全提醒通知如下:
1.请假手续：计划离园外出的同学请提前提写《中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园研究生请假单》，经导师签字同意后，通过在线方式(点击填写)提交至研究生处审批备案。
2.个人安全：外出期间请特别注意人身、交通、饮食及财物安全，避免前往未开发或存在安全隐患的地区，不参与任何可能危及个人安全的冒险性活动。
3.宿舍管理：请严格遵守宿舍安全卫生管理规定，严禁使用违章电器，离开宿舍时要及时切断电源。关注消防安全，在规定区域内停放电动车，严禁在建筑内停放电动车或为电动车蓄电池充电。
4.信息安全：严禁制作、复制、传播有害或不实信息，上网时请以更加理智务实成熟的态度表达意见，严禁参与任何危害社会和谐稳定的活动。
5.实验安全：假期期间确需进行实验的研究生，须获得导师同意，并严格遵守实验室安全管理制度和操作规程。
注：集中教学同学离校要求参照国科大相关通知和规定。
As the May Day holiday approaches,per the schedule of the XTBG,the holiday will be observed from May 1 to May 5,with regular research and study activities resuming on May 6.To ensure a safe and fulfilling holiday for everyone,the following safety reminders are issued for the period:
1.Leave Procedures: Students intending to leave the garden are required to complete the"XTBG Graduate Student Leave Form"in advance. After receiving approval from their supervisor,the form must be submitted online to the Affairs of Graduate Office for final approval.
2.Personal Safety: Take special care regarding personal safety,traffic,food,and belongings during trips. Avoid traveling to undeveloped or potentially unsafe areas and refrain from engaging in any activities that could endanger personal safety.
3.Dormitory Management: Adhere strictly to dormitory safety and hygiene rules. The use of unauthorized electrical appliances is prohibited,as is accommodating external guests. Ensure the power is turned off upon leaving the dormitory. Pay attention to fire safety;electric vehicles should be parked only in designated areas,and storing or charging electric vehicle batteries inside buildings is strictly prohibited.
4.Information Security: The creation,duplication,or dissemination of harmful or false information is strictly prohibited. Maintain rational behavior online and avoid participation in any activities that might disrupt social harmony or stability.
5.Laboratory Safety: Graduate students who need to conduct experiments during the holiday must have their supervisor's consent and strictly follow the laboratory's safety management and operational protocols.
