研究组瞄准国家重大需求和全球变化研究的前沿科学问题，立足我国云南，面向东南亚及世界其他地区，开展森林生态系统碳氮水和能量通量的长期监测，揭示不同森林生态系统对全球变化的响应与适应及其机制；探讨森林生态系统的碳汇源效应以及人类活动和环境变化对森林生态系统碳氮水交换的影响机理；解析区域气候对全球变化的响应及效应。通过开展广泛的国内外科技合作，吸引优秀人才，整合、集成研究力量，并以高水平研究成果的产出和提供国际认可的相关数据为标志，为全球变化研究事业的发展做出积极贡献。
Aiming at the major national needs and the frontier scientific issues of global change research, the research team, based in Yunnan, China, and facing Southeast Asia and other regions of the world, carried out long-term monitoring of carbon, nitrogen, water and energy fluxes of forest ecosystems, and revealed the response and adaptation of different forest ecosystems to global change and their mechanisms; Discuss the carbon sink effect of forest ecosystem and the impact mechanism of human activities and environmental changes on carbon, nitrogen and water exchange in forest ecosystem; Analyze the response and effect of regional climate to global change. Through extensive scientific and technological cooperation at home and abroad, we will attract outstanding talents, integrate and integrate research forces, and make positive contributions to the development of global change research, marked by the output of high-level research results and the provision of internationally recognized relevant data.
